MEET DASHA

With a degree in Communication and Business Management, I bring both people-first communication and strategic thinking to the world of real estate. Before becoming a licensed agent, I built a strong foundation in the hospitality industry — from Glacier National Park to Hampton Inn — and later spent years in leadership with Montana’s family-owned Town Pump, where I wore many hats: managing people, training and coaching, budgeting, pricing, scheduling, and more.

My passion has always been about building and nurturing relationships. Real estate is not just about transactions — it’s about understanding people, their goals, and their lives. Buying or selling a home is one of the most emotional and significant decisions a person can make, and I’m here to help guide you through that journey with honesty, transparency, and a steady hand.

Now based in beautiful Northwest Montana, I serve buyers, sellers, and investors
across the region. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, seeking a vacation
property, rural land, farmland, a golf course home, or beachfront retreat, I’m here to help. I view real estate as a powerful tool for building long-term personal and family wealth — and I love digging into the numbers, details, and strategy, so you can focus on what matters most.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family — my husband Scott, our son Nicholas, and our three beautiful pups. We enjoy relaxing outside on our patio, barbecuing, listening to music, and chatting in the jacuzzi. During the summer, you’ll often find us at the lake kayaking and soaking in the Montana beauty. I also enjoy biking, going for walks, practicing yoga, reading, and discovering new places to explore across this incredible state.
